Returns And Refunds Policy
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, once your Fourds Blinds order has been confirmed, you have a right to cancel your order and be fully refunded.
In the event of loss or damage in the course of delivery, we, Fourds Blinds, will, on receiving reasonable evidence of such loss or damage, provide replacement products. In the event of loss or damage after delivery to the nominated address, Fourds Blinds shall have no further liability.
Consumers will be entitled to a cooling off period. Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. If returned item is received by Fourds Blinds as new and unused condition then a full refund (excluding original delivery costs) cost will be given. Items may also be returned for warranty repairs. Fourds Blinds will not be responsible for return postage costs or returns damaged in transit.

UK Delivery
Standard colour items will be dispatched same working day if ordered before 11.00 GMT. Orders placed after 11.00 GMT or premium coloured orders will be dispatched the next working day after purchase. The standard delivery service is 48 Hr, but a 24hr service can be selected in the drop down menu for an addition £5.98 for the total consignment.
Republic of Ireland Delivery
Standard colour items will be dispatched same working day if ordered before 11.00 GMT. Orders placed after 11.00 GMT or premium coloured orders will be dispatched the next working day after purchase. The standard delivery service is 24 Hr.
